UAC can be replaced, rather than disabled
Manually disable UAC

Disable UAC through Windows Control Panel.
1. Open Control Panel. Start -> Control Panel.
2. Under User Accounts Control Panel item click Turn User Account Control (UAC) On or Off item.
3. In the page shown uncheck "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer" checkbox and click Ok.
Disable UAC through msconfig utility
1. Press Winkey+R.
2. In the window appeared type "msconfig" (without quotation marks) and click Ok
3. Select "Tools" tab and in the table beneath find "Disable UAC" item.
4. Select it, and click "Launch" button.
5. Click Ok and reboot.
Another unusual way is to disable UAC via system registry. Note, that it is not as safe mode as two former methods.
1. Press Winkey+R.
2. In the window appeared type "regedit" (without quotation marks) and click Ok
3. in the window appeared unwrap the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
4. In the right side of the window find EnableLUA item and double-click it
5. Change its value to 0 (zero)
6. Click Ok and reboot.
From this moment, you won't recive UAC's messages, however, you will become less protected from malware.
