Windows - Delayed Write Failed
Internet Connectivity Problems

In order to improve the work of the system, it can be disabled by default. This operation is called “delayed writing”. Sometimes there are cases of Delayed Write Failed Error that can be associated with the Internet Connectivity problem. The problems of Internet Connectivity can be different, but usually they can happen because of incorrect Networking adapters, incorrect Switch settings, troubles of hardware and drivers.
Windows - Delayed Write Failed Error
Some symptoms of the Internet Connectivity problem can be very obscure and don't show the real reason of the problem. The most possible and common reason can be the non-compliance of duplex level between Network Adapters, hubs and switch ports. All the settings of these devices should match each other. Usual Network Adapters and switches are able to transmit data with the speed up to 1.0 Gbps or even faster at full duplex mode. If your Network Adapter is set to the lower speed, then you can see the following error message:
"Windows-Delayed Write Failed
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file F:. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere."
How to fix error
Contact your system administrator to be sure that all the system devices correspond to each other and are set to the highest possible speed, and the duplex settings as well.
To solve this Delayed Write Failed Error you can try to use the following method:

In my experience, get what you need off the drive if possible, because bad things are about to happen.
